Nick Stadler

Nick Stadler is a video game artist, animator, illustrator and graphic designer. He was the main illustrator of both Jazz Jackrabbit and Jazz Jackrabbit 2, being responsible for all sprite animations on both titles. He actually joined the staff of the first game late in development, changing the entire sprite work of the game into his own cartoonish style, which would come to define the series.

The Jazz Jackrabbit games were his only work in the gaming industry, as he left Epic shortly after Jazz Jackrabbit 2's release, moving to Los Angeles and becoming Art Director at Village Lighthouse, where he produced greeting cards and DVD covers, before settling in Phoenix, Arizona, where he founded his own company, Stadler Creative.
